Soledad products are digital products. Direct purchases are processed through Polar, while purchases made through marketplaces or other authorized channels remain subject to that channel's checkout, payment, and customer terms.

• A completed order may require payment-provider review, fraud prevention checks, or confirmation before delivery or license-related assistance is available.

Licenses and Digital Products

Your purchase grants only the rights described by the license that applies to the specific product and purchase source. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Soledad, PenciDesign intellectual property, or bundled materials.

• Use Soledad and its included materials only for the permitted end product, site, or project covered by your valid license.
• Do not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, extract, or make the source files, templates, plugins, demo packages, or bundled assets available as standalone products unless the governing license expressly allows it.
• For ThemeForest or Envato purchases, the applicable Envato license and marketplace terms control if they differ from this product-level summary.

Support, Updates, and Refunds

Support and updates are provided according to the support period, product description, and purchase source associated with your order. We may change, improve, retire, or replace website content and product features as the ecosystem evolves.
